How Your Order is Delivered

We support two types of delivery options based on the number category and operator availability:

1. Digital Delivery (UPC Code)

  • The Unique Porting Code (UPC) is sent via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
  • Allows you to activate the number with any operator of your choice at your local store.
  • Instant and eco-friendly delivery with zero shipping charges.

2. Physical SIM Delivery

  • A pre-activated or fresh SIM card shipped directly to your delivery address.
  • Delivered via premium courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.).
  • Comes with safe packing and tracking details.

Porting & Activation Process

Once you receive your Unique Porting Code (UPC), follow these steps to activate your number:

Receive the UPC

We will send the UPC code and invoice to your registered email and phone number.

Visit Local Retailer

Go to any authorized store of your preferred operator (Jio, Airtel, Vi, BSNL) in your circle.

Submit KYC Documents

Provide the UPC code and complete your digital KYC with your Aadhaar Card or ID proof.

SIM Activation

Your new SIM card will activate automatically in 3 to 5 working days (subject to TRAI regulations).

Important TRAI Rule

A Unique Porting Code (UPC) is valid only for 4 days from the date of generation. Please complete the porting process at a local retail outlet before the UPC code expires to avoid delivery issues.

Important Guidelines

  • Accuracy of Information: Please ensure that your contact number, email address, and shipping address are correctly entered during checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.
  • Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping across India for all physical SIM deliveries. There are no hidden or additional shipping costs.
  • Operator Verification: The final activation of the mobile number is subject to document verification by the telecom operator. We are not responsible for any rejection due to incorrect KYC documents.
